Ruchi Narkar, MASLP, CCC-SLP, CBIS, is a dedicated medical speech-language pathologist with extensive experience in acute care, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing settings. She specializes in the assessment and treatment of dysphagia, with expertise in Videofluoroscopic Swallow Studies (VFSS), tracheostomy management, and neurologic rehabilitation. Currently serving as a Senior SLP at Glendale Adventist Medical Center in Los Angeles, Ruchi has played a key role in advancing dysphagia care protocols and mentoring clinicians.Beyond clinical practice, Ruchi is passionate about workforce development, healthcare administration, and policy advocacy.
