Personal Statement
Stefanie Bourassa is the Sports Medicine Manager for Hartford HealthCare and the clinical research leader of the Center for Musculoskeletal Health and Motion Lab at the Bone & Joint Institute at Hartford Hospital. She specializes in injury prevention, movement analysis, rehabilitation, and holistic patient care. Since joining Hartford Hospital Rehabilitation Network in 2012, she has spearheaded advancements in sports medicine, strengthened community partnerships, and built a recognized interdisciplinary care team.
Her leadership has fostered the integration of physical therapists, athletic trainers, biomechanists, exercise physiologists, clinical psychologists, and dietitians to provide comprehensive musculoskeletal health services.
