Curtis is a clinical specialist at the Hospital for Special Surgery. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from New York University and completed the Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency through the Hospital for Special Surgery. He subsequently became board certified in orthopedic and sports physical therapy and continues to be involved in the residency program by serving as faculty and as a mentor. He also serves as adjunct faculty for the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at Seton Hall University. Curtis has particular interest in critical thinking, clinical reasoning, and knowledge translation from research to practice.
