Jazmin Peralta OTR/L, graduated from the University of Florida in 2013 with her Masters in Occupational Therapy. For the last 2 years she has worked with patients that have completed their Paired VNS therapy protocol, to improve upper extremity impairments post ischemic stroke. During the course of her career, she has worked with stroke patients during their continuum of care; from acute care, skilled nursing, home health and most recently neuro outpatient rehabilitation.
