Cara Stricklin is a certified and licensed prosthetist orthotist with Hanger Clinic in Houston, TX. She graduated with a Masters of Science from Baylor College of Medicine in 2020, and became dual board certified in July 2021. Her primary focus of practice is within inpatient neurologic rehabilitation in collaboration with TIRR Memorial Hermann. She rounds with the limb loss team to provide early education and prosthetic care to amputees. Cara also manages the team responsible for orthotic care at the one of busiest trauma centers in the nation - Red Duke Trauma Center at Memorial Hermann Texas Medical Center. She has volunteered with different events in Houston that aim to improve amputee mobility and independence. In her spare time, she is an amateur cyclist.
