Lebanese American University, Lebanon
As a dedicated premedical student and recent biology graduate from the Lebanese American University, I am driven by a profound passion for healthcare and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of others. My strong academic foundation is complemented by diverse hands-on experience across various medical settings, including internal medicine and interventional cardiology, which has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of clinical practices and patient care.
I actively seek opportunities for growth and knowledge enhancement, demonstrated by my participation in numerous workshops focused on critical medical areas such as cardiology, cancer, and clinical research. My commitment to continuous learning is further evidenced by extensive online courses in medical terminology, ethics, and various disorders. I possess strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, honed through these experiences and my academic pursuits.
Beyond my core studies, I have engaged in significant extracurricular activities that highlight my leadership and dedication. I was honored to be a part of LeMSIC volunteer team, contributing to many free medical campaigns. During high school, I achieved recognition by winning a school scientific project competition and was awarded for my leadership and social impact by Haigazian University. A notable achievement includes representing Lebanese students in a round table discussion with the French Ambassador and the Lebanese Minister of Education, addressing crucial topics like sustainability and multilingualism.
My ultimate aspiration is to pursue a career as a doctor, where I can leverage my academic background, practical experience, and genuine desire to contribute meaningfully to the medical field and improve health outcomes for communities.
