Katie Bartholomew, OTR/L, CSRS, CBIS, is an accomplished occupational therapist with over a decade of specialized experience in neurological rehabilitation. After earning a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in 2012, Katie began an eight-year tenure in acute care and acute rehabilitation settings, focusing on spinal cord injury. In this role, Katie played a key role in facilitating research initiatives aimed at reducing hospital length of stay, contributing to improved patient outcomes and more efficient delivery of care. Katie transitioned to an outpatient setting, specializing in the rehabilitation of those who sustained a brain injury and stroke. She earned a certification as a Stroke Rehab Specialist and Certified Brain Injury Specialist. Katie remains committed to integrating the latest evidence-based practices and collaborating with clinicians, patients and caregivers to maximize independence and quality of life throughout the life span.
