Dr. Sanjiv Jain is a board-certified physician in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) with over 25 years of experience, specializing in the care and rehabilitation of stroke patients. Dr. Jain began with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and then completed his MD at the University of Illinois at Chicago and subsequent residency at Stanford University Medical Center. He has dedicated his professional life to advancing rehabilitation care for patients with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions. As the Medical Director of the Carle In-Patient Rehabilitation Center, he oversees the comprehensive care of patients, including those recovering from strokes, brain injuries, and other neuromuscular disorders. Dr. Jain also serves as the Associate Medical Director for Medical Specialties and Clinical Associate Professor at the Carle Illinois College of Medicine, where he co-directs the musculoskeletal and integumentary curriculum block.
