Dr. Megan Fleischman is an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy at Concordia University of Wisconsin. Her primary faculty role is to teach students how to care for patients using both soft skills and clinical skills. She has experience in a number of practice settings, with a focus on chronic care in clinical settings. A key research interest area is medication-taking behaviors and patient outcomes following pharmacist/healthcare professional interventions. The Aging Strong opportunity has provided an excellent chance to combine student learning with medication recommendations and related medication-taking behaviors analysis.
