Jessica L. Ryan, PhD (she/her/hers)

Dr. Jessica L. Ryan is a health services researcher with a focus on health economics and cost. She received her PhD in Public Health in 2017 from the University of South Florida and currently researches for the James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital through the Tampa VA Research and Education Foundation. Her research interests focus on cost effectiveness analyses and cost modeling. Dr. Ryan is co-Director of Data and Communications for the I-HEAL grant, Data Core Director for REACH TBI, and provides research mentorship to graduate students at the University of West Florida and the University of South Florida.
