Dr. Tunmin (Catherine) Jai is a scholar, educator, and author specializing in omnichannel retailing. A faculty member in Hospitality and Retail Management, she is a Fulbright U.S. Scholar conducting research in Taiwan on the textile and apparel supply chain. Dr. Jai has over 20 years of experience in supply chain, e-commerce and consumer behavior.
