Kristin Nugent is a Doctoral student in the Faculty of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Western Ontario, Canada and a research associate at Parkwood Institute. Kristin's research focuses on a concern for falling and mobility with a prosthesis for people with lower limb loss. Kristin specializes in quantitative and mixed-methods research, with a strong focus on collaborative research across disciplines. Kristin is the Executive of Communications for Seniors Health Division of Canadian Physiotherapy Association, a special interest group for physiotherapists and physiotherapy assistants in Canada.
