Amanda Botticello, PhD, MPH, is Associate Director of the Center for Outcomes and Assessment Research, Vice Chair of Research Education and Research, and Research Professor of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Rutgers University, New Jersey Medical School. Dr. Botticello’s research focuses on epidemiological investigations of the social determinants of health and disability, and she has extensive experience with quantitative research design, analysis, and the use of large databases. Her research interests include investigating the role of economic, social, and built environment characteristics on long-term outcomes for adults with physical disability and community re-integration barriers for children with special healthcare needs.
