Julie Grimes, PT, NCS, is the Director of Rehabilitation Services at Nexus Neurorecovery Center in Conroe, Texas. A licensed Physical Therapist and Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy, she brings extensive experience in the management and delivery of post-acute neurorehabilitation programs for individuals with traumatic brain injury, acquired brain injury, cerebrovascular accident, and spinal cord injury.
In her leadership role, she oversees interdisciplinary therapy teams across physical, occupational, and speech-language disciplines, ensuring the integration of evidence-based practices into daily clinical care. She is dedicated to advancing functional recovery, independence, and community reintegration for patients with complex neurological needs.
