Dr Dandola is a licensed senior physical therapist and Neurologic Clinical Specialist (NCS) at Kessler Institute for
Rehabilitation (KIR) for over 10 years, my focus has been on mobility rehabilitation, with emphasis on improving
quality of life in individuals with disability. I have extensive experience in rehabilitation research, providing
treatment interventions for NIH and DOD protocols as well as customizing interventions for people with
neurologic impairment. I have been actively collaborating on several research projects funded by National Institute of
Health, Department of Defense (DOD) and the National Institute on Disability Independent Living and
Rehabilitation Research (NIDILRR). I am very enthusiastic about novel training modalities for individuals with
neurologic impairment and the collaboration between Kessler Foundation and Rutgers-NJMS.
