Dr. Cobey received her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Ohio University, her Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University and a Doctor of Health Science degree from the University of Indianapolis. She also completed the Kaiser Permanente fellowship training in orthopedic manual physical therapy. She is a faculty associate at the University of Wisconsin, Madison and her teaching responsibilities are focused on physical therapy foundational skills and knowledge. Her main clinical focus is outpatient physical therapy, and she has worked in numerous outpatient settings including sports medicine. She has also instructed in several continuing education courses, mainly focusing on manual therapy interventions for the spine. Her clinical appointment is at University Health Services which serves students and visiting faculty from around the globe providing outpatient physical therapy.
