Megan M. Bell, MLIS, AHIP is an Assistant Professor and Consumer Health & Community Engagement Librarian with the Lister Hill Library of the Health Sciences at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Megan is particularly skilled in systematic review services, having completed the Medical Library Association’s Systematic Review Service Specialization training, and works closely with researchers to support reproducible and transparent information retrieval. She is active in health literacy outreach and community engagement, often leading workshops (e.g. how to use MedlinePlus) and presenting on public librarians’ health information needs in Alabama.
