Research Assistant
Marquette University
I am a student in the Physical Therapy DPT program at Marquette University. I graduated from University of Wisconsin with majors in both genetics and philosophy. I had originally planned on going on to medical school but after working in the hospital I grew a passion for, and saw the importance of, rehabilitation and preventive care. This passion inspired me to pursue a career in physical therapy.
Over the past summer, I worked as a research assistant for Zeb Boos in the EXRS program at Marquette where I engaged in research focusing on individuals at risk for knee osteoarthritis. Looking ahead, I hope to find a combination of these two interests, with a future focus on preventative care.
