Vanessa Moran MT-BC, NMT-F™ is a Neurologic Music Therapy® Fellow at MedRhythms Therapy and Burke Rehabilitation Hospital's inpatient site. Vanessa graduated from Berklee College of Music with a B.M in Music Therapy. Vanessa pursued a career in Neurologic Music Therapy (NMT™) and became Neurologic Music Therapy Fellow in 2023 because the field stands at the corner of her two passions; neuroscience and music.

Vanessa started the Neurologic Music Therapy program at Burke Rehabilitation Hospital in 2021 at their inpatient site to bring NMT™ to their neurorehabilitation units, primarily Brain Injury and Stroke. Vanessa has been fortunate enough to receive tremendous support from Burke and MedRhythms as the program continues to grow and develop across the Burke system. As of 2024, the program has continued to grow across the continuum of care into outpatient care at Burke.
