Dr. Tess Simpson is a Pediatric Rehabilitation Psychologist at Children’s Hospital Colorado and Associate Professor at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine. Her clinical expertise encompasses a broad range of topics, from pediatric concussion treatment to mental health adjustment and medical self-management for children with complex medical conditions. Dr. Simpson is also committed to education, teaching a variety of courses for graduate students, psychology interns, and post-doctoral fellows. She is also a dedicated mentor, providing supervision and professional development for psychology trainees in various capacities. Dr. Simpson’s research centers on promoting positive child, adolescent, and family adjustment for patients with rehabilitation needs.
