I am a research assistant at the Center for Innovation for Complex Chronic Healthcare at Hines VA hospital. I have been in this position for over a year after graduating from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Management and Foreign Languages and Cultures and a minor in Business.

As a research assistant, I assist multiple investigators with recruitment and data collection. I play a major role in ensuring participants meet eligibility criteria and consenting guidelines. I assist investigators with the development of data collection tools such as chart review questionnaires and surveys. I also help with data analysis, interpretation, and presentation of data.
