Mr. Ciolek is the Associate Vice President of Therapy Advocacy with the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). In addition to therapy policy advocacy, he leads or supports multiple AHCA/NCAL payment, regulatory, quality, and health information technology policy advocacy efforts, and facilitates clinical outcomes academic research in member communities. Previously, he served in Subject Matter Expert and Project Manager capacities in numerous Centers for Medicare and Medicaid quality, payment and education contracts, and prior to that was a practicing board certified specialist in geriatric physical therapist in multiple care settings, and received national awards for advocacy for older adults and payment policy.
