Darcie has been a Physical Therapist since 2005. While starting her career in acute care with a focus in critical care, she began her interest in leadership as an acute care PT Lead nearly 10 years ago. She is now the supervisor for the Inpatient Rehabilitation unit at the University of Colorado Hospital, a position she has held for 4 years. Her current passions are staff engagement, quality improvement, and programmatic development.
