With a diverse background in healthcare delivery, therapeutic innovation, and business strategy, Kathryn Krumpak, MBA, MA, CCC-SLP is a speech-language pathologist and business professional specializing in evaluation and intervention of acquired neurological disorders, leadership, and quality improvement. Currently at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center’s Dodd Rehabilitation Hospital, Krumpak drives process improvement initiatives, mentors clinical students and staff, and delivers expert clinical care and education regarding speech-language, cognitive-communication, respiratory, and swallowing disorders. Previously, at Medstar National Rehabilitation Hospital, Krumpak provided not only evidence based clinical care but also led community engagement programs, engaged in research projects, and managed stakeholder communications related to hospital-wide quality improvement programs and staff education. Holding an MBA from The Ohio State University and an advanced degree in speech-language pathology from The George Washington University, Krumpak combines clinical expertise with data-driven strategy, project management, and lean operations to enhance patient care and operational efficiencies.
