Jacqueline Benson is Project Manager at the Center for Health Equity Research and Promotion (CHERP) at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. She has a Master's degree in Public Health from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from St. John's University. She is passionate about promoting health equity and reducing health inequities through evidence-based interventions and policy changes and has experience in teaching and mentoring students, having served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and an Lead STEAM enrichment Instructor, where she taught STEM courses to elementary school students.Jacqueline is committed to advancing the field of public health and improving the health and well-being of diverse population.
