Jessica is a Lecturer II and Recruitment and Admissions Chair for the University of New Mexico Occupational Therapy Graduate Program. Her research interests include increasing participation in self-management, health promotion, and community engagement for individuals experiencing long-term and lifelong disabilities and conditions. Her clinical experience spans 10 years of community practice and home health and includes expertise in chronic condition self-management, pain management and community engagement. Additionally, she has experience with community engagement and collaboration in both clinical and academic settings.
