Dr. Robert Frediani is an educator and consultant specializing in health services administration with a research focus on measuring and enhancing commitment in healthcare settings. He holds a PhD in Health Services Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, where he currently serves as Assistant Professor. His scholarly work centers on the antecedents and outcomes of commitment across multiple domains, including employee commitment to organizations, patient adherence to treatment plans, and relational commitment in professional and clinical contexts.
With more than two decades of executive and consulting experience in health systems, long-term care, and outpatient rehabilitation, Dr. Frediani integrates real-world operational insights with academic rigor.
