Emily VerSteeg is an occupational therapy doctoral student at Georgia State University. As a second-year OTD student, she completed group research regarding objective measurement strategies for community participation. For her individual doctoral capstone experience, she created, implemented, and evaluated an animal-assisted reading program for children diagnosed with dyslexia.
