Timothy Rich, PhD, OTR/L, is a research scientist in the Center for Stroke Rehabilitation Research at Kessler Foundation. He completed his PhD in rehabilitation science at the University of Washington in 2020 and his master’s degree in occupational therapy at Pacific University in 2009. Prior to his research career, he worked as an occupational therapist in acute, subacute, and outpatient settings with adults with stroke, traumatic brain injury, and spinal cord injury. His current research is focused on assessment, intervention, and participation for individuals with spatial neglect and the reading disorder that accompanies it, neglect dyslexia.
