Dr. Sheryl Katta-Charles is a double board-certified physiatrist and Medical Director of the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Service at the Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana, where she leads compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals recovering from brain injury. Inspired by her family’s legacy in rehabilitation and guided by her passion for neuroscience, she integrates clinical excellence, education, and inclusion to help patients and trainees reach their fullest potential. As a faculty member at the Indiana University School of Medicine, she is dedicated to advancing recovery, equity, and hope through science, mentorship, and human connection.
