Dr. Wong is a board certified physiatrist with subspecialty certification in Brain Injury Medicine and 30 years of practice experience. His career spans the spectrum from academic teaching, clinical instructor, clinical research director, head trauma unit medical director, chief medical officer for a chain of physical therapy clinics, outpatient rehab center director, director of medical education for a community hospital, to subject matter expert in TBI for the Defense Health Agency, He has lectured extensively in Grand Rounds, CME courses, graduate medical educational courses, and patient support groups. He has also served as a pharma speaker for more than a dozen medications, started the first websites for two major hospital systems in the Greater Boston area including Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, the chief teaching hospital affiliated with Harvard Medical Shool's Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He currently practices in a single specialty group in Orlando, Florida with a substantial medico-legal component and focuses on outpatient care for polytrauma with TBI, delivering evidence-based precision medicine care.
