Lindsey Fish has been an occupational therapist in the SCI unit at the Shepherd Center since 2013. She worked as a primary therapist with several primary teams over her tenure including the adolescent team. Her tenure as a primary OT at Shepherd Center focused on functional progressions, neurogenic bowel and bladder management, home modifications, and splint and cast management. She moved into a primary ABT OT position in 2024 and is helping lead the team with dynamic programming of Activity Based Therapies, including a focus on emerging hand and tone management. She currently has helped design a mentorship program for new therapy at Shepherd Center, focused on mentorship for treating SCI across the spectrum.
