Thomas Agrusti, MPH, CPH is a Statistician on the Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy Analytics and Insights team. In his current capacity, Thomas uses advanced statistical modeling to understand key drivers of clinical outcomes and financial performance of the organization. Prior to this role, Thomas served as the Senior Community Benefit Data Analyst for the BayCare Health System, overseeing program tracking, reporting and evaluation for community benefit programs throughout the west central Florida region, and as a Community Health Coordinator for AdventHealth, providing health education to the community, tracking division financial indicators, and managing data systems and tools to track program outcomes. With over 7 years of experience in healthcare administration, Thomas provides in-depth analysis and strategic direction for health systems to elevate the services that they provide and improve the financial health of the organization. Thomas earned his Master's in Public Health from the University of South Florida and holds a Bachelor's in Psychology and Philosophy from William Paterson University.
