Chrissy Bibby, PgDip Speech & Language Therapist with Hobbs Rehabilitation and the MiNT Academy. Chrissy is an experienced neurological specialist speech & language therapist in the UK. She practiced in general acute and community clinical settings before specialising in stroke and neurological rehabilitation, in both the NHS and independent sectors. Her clinical specialist interests are motor speech disorders and the rehabilitation of the facial nerve. More recently, Chrissy has played a key role in the development of The MiNT Academy, integrating neurotechnology into clinical practice, and through the collaborations that MiNT offers, Chrissy is able to shape neurotechnology product development, by contributing her clinical expertise, from conception to production of new devices and software, to their implementation in a clinic, to enable patients with neurological conditions to access and benefit from neurotechnology.
