As a dynamic business development strategist, Angela has a proven record of driving clinical integration for cutting-edge neuro recovery technologies and expanding access to evidence-based rehabilitation across diverse care settings.
Currently serving as Head of Clinical Programs and Partnerships at Bioliberty, Angela leads multidisciplinary teams and spearheads initiatives that accelerate adoption of advanced digital and in-clinic neurorehab solutions. Previously, she was Vice President of Business Development at Neurofenix and held key roles at MindMaze and InnoBridge HealthStrategists, where she managed national therapy educator programs, directed market access strategy, and supported FDA, JCAHO, and CMS regulatory compliance for health tech innovation.
Angela’s career highlights include developing high-performing teams, building national partnerships, and launching neurorehabilitation technologies that have consistently surpassed industry benchmarks for market adoption, cost efficiency, and patient outcomes. She has improved operational processes, tripled revenue potential for partners through strategic business model transformation, and built training programs to scale advanced care pathways within IRFs, SNFs, and outpatient clinics.

She is also an accomplished educator, keynote speaker, and credentialed provider of AOTA and APTA neurological rehabilitation CEUs.
