Sexual Health Issues in Military Personnel Post-tbi: Literature Review

Learning Objectives:

  • Upon completion, participant will be able to assess how widespread sexual dysfunction is among military members who have suffered a TBI, including the impact of PTSD on these issues.
  • Upon completion, participant will be able to investigate how PTSD contributes to sexual health challenges in military personnel with TBI and the interplay between psychological distress and physiological dysfunction.
  • Upon completion, participant will be able to determine how different types of head trauma (e.g., blast-related vs. other TBIs) affect sexual health outcomes.
