This session explores effective mentorship in rehabilitation medicine by examining the “DNA” of a good mentor, recognizing red and green flags in mentor–mentee relationships, and introducing the concept of reverse mentoring. Participants will gain practical strategies to foster growth-oriented, inclusive, and reciprocal mentoring experiences across career stages and disciplines.
