Kate Nealon is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at Montclair State University. She holds a Ph.D. from Teachers College, Columbia University and an M.Ed. from The University of Virginia. She is a Child Language Board Certified (BC-CLS) and ASHA certified speech language pathologist (SLP) with an interest on the influence of impaired motor speech skills on both language acquisition during development and language recovery. There is an additional focus on interprofessional clinical outcomes.
