Dr. Shih-Pin Hsu is a neuroscientist and certified occupational therapist whose primary research interest revolves around understanding the neural reorganization following central nervous system injury in humans, with a particular focus on stroke. Hsu graduated from National Taiwan University, held his master's degree in Occupational Therapy, and earned his PhD from the National Yang-Ming Chiao-Tungl University. His work emphasizes how this plasticity can inform therapeutic strategies for individuals with substantial impairments. A major attention is on developing new approaches to mitigate disability post-stroke, and on tailoring therapy to the unique needs of each individual.
