I am a third-year medical student at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. As a former Division I soccer player, I have maintained a longstanding interest in musculoskeletal conditions. My time in medical school thus far has confirmed my strong desire to pursue a career helping patients with their musculoskeletal and mobility conditions.

I am excited to submit our study on platelet-rich plasma. In working with one of my mentors, Dr. Kadakia, we discussed that PRP has limited data, especially in foot and ankle conditions. As a result, we decided to perform a study evaluating all PRP cases at our institution with a validated metric of patient function and pain (PROMIS). I played an active role in the study design, writing of the study protocol, data collection, analysis, and writing of the manuscript, which we just submitted to ARRCT. I look forward to hopefully having the opportunity to share our research at the upcoming ACRM meeting!
