Panayiotis is a PhD student in Clinical Psychology at the University of Cyprus. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Minor in Sociology from the same university. He has hands-on experience in the neuropsychological assessment of older adults, with a focus on cognitive decline and differential diagnosis. He is also trained in psychophysiological measurement techniques, including EEG and tDCS, and has worked with cognitive testing batteries and experimental paradigms targeting executive functions. His primary research interests lie in the fields of neurodevelopment and neurocognition, with particular emphasis on aging, ADHD, cognitive rehabilitation, and brain-based interventions. He is especially interested in how cognitive functions develop and decline across the lifespan, and how targeted interventions can support individuals experiencing neurocognitive difficulties.
