Nour El Bizri, 3rd Year Medical Student MS III, Saint George University of Beirut, SGUB Beirut Lebanon
The first time I stepped into an operating room as a first year medical student in the middle of the anatomy block, I didn’t just observe, I envisioned a future where I could blend precision, innovation, and impact. That moment shaped my ambition to pursue orthopedic surgery, where every movement matters and every decision has weight.
Now in my second year of medical school and ranked at the top of my class, I’m building that vision from the ground up. I serve as a research officer in orthopedic and trauma surgery, co-authoring papers and contributing to projects spanning biomechanics, orthopedics, and public health. Alongside my academic work, I’ve delivered over 600 hours of one-on-one MCAT tutoring, creating customized study plans, visual resources, and strategic guidance that simplifies even the most complex concepts.
My journey blends surgical curiosity, research insight, academic mentorship, and leadership. From founding university clubs to co-leading initiatives that support over 1,200 students, I thrive in collaborative, high-performance environments. I bring a detail-oriented yet creative mindset to everything I do, whether I’m breaking down a clinical question or designing a clean, visual explanation.
My core interests include orthopedic implants, surgical innovation, medical education, and interdisciplinary collaboration. I’m especially drawn to the technological advancement shaping the future of orthopedic surgery, from next-generation implants to AI-assisted interventions.
