Laurie Thompson, PhD, CCC-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist, Associate Professor, and director of the WSU Autism and Neurodevelopment Program of Excellence. Her research takes a clinical and developmental approach to studying core and secondary symptoms of neurodevelopmental disorders in infants and toddlers, with an emphasis on prelinguistic and language development.
