Dr. Kristen Heitman, PhD, RDN, LD is a registered dietitian nutritionist and Assistant Professor of Practice in the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences at The Ohio State University. She specializes in teaching research methods, evidence-based practice, and scientific writing skills to aspiring healthcare professionals. Much of Dr. Heitman’s research is centered around the execution of clinical trials, dietary assessment and analysis, and program evaluation research.
