Upasana Sahu is a dedicated PhD candidate specializing in the fall-based prevention and rehabilitation field at UIC, Chicago, IL. Currently, her research focuses on reactive balance, fatigue assessments, dual task training, and telehealth training in aging and clinical populations like Mild Cognitive Impaired (MCI) older adults, stroke, and multiple sclerosis.
She is an internationally certified physical therapist for Adult Neurological conditions with certified NDTA and Aquatics training.
