Jana Mueller, PhD CCC-SLP graduated with her Doctoral degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Texas, Dallas in 2016. She has worked for Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation since 2004 across the continuum of care in acute, inpatient, Day Neuro programs and outpatient. Currently, Jana is the program manager for BSWIR Day Neuro Programs in Las Colinas and Dallas. Jana’s research interests include evaluating aphasia therapy through the lens of the rehabilitation treatment specification system and clinical application of RTSS in post-acute brain injury rehabilitation. Her clinical interests include providing patient-centered treatment for adults with acquired cognitive and communication impairment, establishing an intensive, comprehensive aphasia program, and establishing a comprehensive concussion management program.
