Dr. Morrow is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Occupational Therapy at the Medical University of South Carolina. His research objective is to improve equitable access to rehabilitation services and technology. Dr. Morrow specializes in analyzing Medicare claims data and applying health economics methodologies. He is a recipient of an AOTF Health Services Research grant, examining the use of telerehabilitation during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, Dr. Morrow is a Learning Health Systems Scholar partnered with the University of Pittsburgh's Center for Assistive Technology. Collaboratively, they aim to improve wheelchair reimbursement with evidence-based policy reform.
