Simon Driver, PhD, is Director of the Discovery Center in Brain Injury and Concussion Recovery at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital and Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School. His research is focused on health promotion efforts for people with TBI, stroke, and SCI, with an emphasis on cardiometabolic health through physical activity and nutrition. He has a growing interest in comparative effectiveness research and implementation science to ensure evidence-based interventions are accessible to people with a disability. Dr. Driver’s research is supported by agencies such as the National Institute of Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research, Patient Centered Outcomes Research Institute, National Institute of Health, and Department of Defense. He is passionate about supporting his team as they grow their careers and building collaborative relationships to support strong team science.
