Research Physical Therapist
Shepherd Center
I am a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy with over a decade of experience as a clinician and researcher at Shepherd Center. My work spans acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient settings, where I have treated individuals with spinal cord injuries, stroke, multiple sclerosis, brain injuries, and other neurologic conditions. These experiences have provided deep insight into the medical, functional, and daily life challenges faced by patients and the need for innovative, patient-centered care.
My research and clinical contributions include the development and evaluation of emerging technologies such as robotic exoskeletons, sensor-based monitoring systems, and novel therapeutic interventions, as well as participation in pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic clinical trials. These efforts reflect my commitment to advancing rehabilitation strategies and improving long-term outcomes.
I see great potential in extending support beyond the clinic through technology-driven solutions. By transforming clinical expertise into interactive tools, patients can access timely, evidence-based guidance for symptom management, exercise adherence, and ongoing rehabilitation needs—empowering them to achieve greater independence and quality of life.
