Grace Bellinger, PhD, MPH is a rehabilitation scientist trained in both neuroscience and public health. She is currently a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and a core member of the Rehabilitation Precision Medicine Center of Excellence. Dr. Bellinger received her PhD in neuroscience from Northwestern University, where she was advised by Dr. Michael Ellis in the Department of Physical Therapy and Human Movement Sciences. She also completed a Master of Public Health degree at Northwestern University to complement her scientific training and gain experience in health services research under the mentorship of Dr. Lauren Beach. In her current position, Dr. Bellinger leverages her experience working with both primary and secondary data sources to advance interdisciplinary efforts to optimize value of care, predict recovery trajectories and patient outcomes, deliver precision rehabilitation, and address health disparities.
